The
Trustees invite all who have an interest in Doorway to our first
Annual General Meeting since we became a stand-alone charity.
The
Annual Reports and Accounts for the year ended 5th April 2011,
together with an Annual Review, can be downloaded from the links
below. There will also be a presentation at the end of the meeting
telling you what we are doing now.
At
the meeting we will be electing new Trustees for the coming
year.
We
welcome nominations from Doorway Members (see next paragraph)
of further candidates. They should be received by Doorway by
18th October 2011, and the nomination paper should be signed
by a Doorway member. (Nomination and membership forms may of
course be photocopied.)
Doorway
Members - who are they? The criteria for membership is on the
invitation letter which can be downloaded below. To comply with
company and charity law Doorway needs to keep a register of
members, and you will both help us and secure your rights at
the AGM if you fill in a membership form and send it in to the
office asap.
