Doorway relies on financial donations in order for us to continue to operate. We receive no statutory funding and charitable trusts are reluctant to fund running costs year after year. Doorway therefore needs your support to provide our essential service on an annual budget of around £85,000.
We always need donations of food and clothing for our guests to take away from the drop-in centre. For more information on the items that we require or how to donate please contact the office on 01249 445385.
We are currently unable to accept telephone donations or credit card donations, but we can accept cheques and postal orders by post. Please make cheques payable to ‘Doorway Wiltshire Ltd’.
Please contact the office for a multiple donation / standing order form. This is no longer available for download due to someone recently using our banking details to pay for their RAC car breakdown membership.

Please note that food and clothing donations can no longer be delivered to the Doorway office.
Please drop all donations off at the Salvation Army Hall during the hours of:-
Mondays 8.30am to 1.30pm & Thursdays 9am to 4.30pm
Donate by text
Simply send a text message to 70070 including our code – DOOR18 – and a monetary amount:
You can donate £1, £2, £3, £4, £5 or £10. After you’ve sent the text, you’ll receive a confirmation text back containing details on how to add Gift Aid, meaning Doorway could benefit from an extra 25%.
This service is free for Doorway, and anyone on any mobile network can use it to donate to the organisation.
Your donation will be deducted from your mobile phone credit, or added to your monthly phone bill. You won’t be charged for the text message either.

Every charity listed on Localgiving.com has been validated either by their local Community Foundation or by the Community Foundation Network, in a process approved by the Charity Commission.
Unlike other online giving websites that only list charities large enough to be registered with the Charity Commission, Localgiving.com includes small, local charities and community organisations that work hard to make your community a better place.

Using Gift Aid means that for every pound you give, the charity you are supporting will receive an extra 25p from the Inland Revenue, helping your donation go further.
This means that £10 can be turned into £12.50 just so long as donations are made through Gift Aid. Imagine what a difference that could make, and it doesn’t cost you a thing.
Visit the Inland Revenue website for more information on Gift Aid and tax efficient ways to give to charity.
Please complete the Gift Aid section on the Doorway donation form or download a copy of donation forms below to send to Doorway if you donate online through Paypal.
